Booking Policy Pre-Booking Please provide details when booking (style, length, date & time). Price list available upon request. Deposit A $20 deposit is required to secure your spot and goes toward your service. Deposits are non-refundable. No-shows or failure to reschedule in advance will forfeit your deposit. Post-Booking Reminders are sent out before your appointment. ❗️ 10 Minute Grace Period❗️ Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. After Hours Appointments booked before or after business hours will include an additional $15 fee. ⸻ Cancellation & Reschedule Policy Canceling Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Less than 48 hours notice = 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. • No-shows = loss of deposit + 20% cancellation fee. • Two no-shows may result in being blocked from booking. Rescheduling Reschedules must be made at least 2 days in advance. Late reschedules = 20% reschedule fee. Two failed reschedules may result in being blocked from booking. Re-Booking Deposits will be applied to your new date if rescheduled in advance. Otherwise, a new $20 deposit will be required.
